CORPORATE PROFILE IMAGES OPPORTUNITIES
YOU ARE YOUR STAFF
Personalising your workplace with profile images that can be used so broadly is not only good for business operations but also for team building. Staff become more familiar with each other simply by seeing a photo ID card in the lunch room.
THE PROCESS

GET IN CONTACT

Include as much detail as you can such as optional dates, number of staff, location, and if you have a room available to set up. I will promptly reply and we can move from there.

GET PREPARED
I will require a data list in excel of all your staff, their titles and their department as a minimum.
Ensure there is a room to set up in, approximately the size of a single garage.
Schedule the day, preferably back to back with 2 or more breaks. It can take less than 20 seconds to photograph each staff member. Ensure you have staff coming according to that IE 10 minute blacks or so.
Ensure we have a parking spot included with access to a lift to unload and set up.

PHOTO DAY
This is the easy part!
I arrive at least 60 minutes prior to set up.
Your staff come through as scheduled, and the day flows easily.
I will check over your staff that they have neatness and present well, check them off the data, and then take their photo.

LEAVE IT TO ME
I will sort through your photos and send them through to you via an online gallery with names attached to the image.
If you require ID cards also they can be arranged, with or without magnetic strip.
YOUR INVESTMENT
I have a Blue Card and WWCC, insurance, experience in bulk profile image photography (can do up to 300/day), and mobile studio setup. Options of backdrops include white, grey, and black.

ALTERATIONS & RAW IMAGES
My photography and post production will present your team looking fresh and true to person. I don't believe in additional alterations like body reshaping in my work. I am happy to do minor editing at special request only and may come at an additional cost. I will photograph you and your staff with my experience on how to make you look good and comfortable in your skin, and my editing aligns with that. On this note, if we are working together you have booked an experienced photographer to do the work for you. Therefore I don't hand out RAW images as they are not my completed work.
