Include photos on your fees

Include senior team photo only on fees (they can purchase individuals on the day if they choose)

Book your dates early for more availability

Indoor photos? Set training days? Book your photo days the year before

Book photo day a good few weeks into the season so you have finished registrations

Don't book your photos the week before, or during school holidays

Add $2-3 dollars on top of the fees to go towards a club collage of the team photos

Have a group chat with your coaches and managers as we will need to remind them to proof the groups

Have about 10 chairs available to use on photo days

Have a clean ball for photos in both a small and large size

ORDERING OPTIONS
There are three options on how to order team photos for your club:

Include the photo fees into the registration fees (recommended)

Customers pay me directly via our online ordering system where I provide you a link which you pass onto your families

Below are the standard prices for our basic products. This may increase slightly if the numbers are small in your club. Also including the below in your registration fees insures that everyone gets photos and they can be handed out at presentation (if booked accordingly).

TEAM COLLAGE FRAME
A framed memory for your club wall.
Includes logo on each top corners, club name and year in the middle, every team photo. Price includes the artwork, print, frame, and delivery. These are delivered after club photo season.
